* Good IT skills comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning booking systems quickly.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy office or customer service environment.
* Full, clean driving licence (essential) and eligible to drive company vehicles.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in the travel industry.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
