Quality Management Specialist
This position encompasses a broad scope of responsibility across various commercial functions, including blending, bottling, brand development, marketing, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO, BRC, and KOSHER standards by implementing best practices.
2. Conduct regular audits to monitor hygiene and housekeeping standards, review reports, and develop strategies to address any issues that may arise during these inspections.
3. Manage label approvals and ensure adherence to revenue compliance requirements, including preparation of monthly reports detailing progress towards meeting regulatory standards.
4. E nsure all necessary documentation is in place for new customers, oversee setup of technical specifications, and take corrective actions to control non-conforming products.
5. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
6. Provide guidance and training to cross-functional departments to enhance staff understanding of quality and compliance standards.
7. Lead and manage a team of specialists responsible for quality management, including recruitment, performance monitoring, and addressing disciplinary matters as required.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization, focusing on enhancing environmental standards and meeting customer needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
