This role provides Sales support to both the Sales Teams and Management Team in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure overall company targets are achieved.
Ensuring that data and correspondence is managed appropriately and securely with the least number of touch points across the business.
Ensuring that internal and external queries relating to the processing and accuracy of the data are managed promptly.
The Sales Support role is expected to represent the business positively, supporting all stakeholders, developing opportunities and supporting the wider business in achieving its business goals.
What this role involves: Customer Support for Sales and support reporting in liaison with the Management Team Maintaining and updating Salesforce/Panda Doc KPIs, pricing files, templates and contracts as required Leads allocation and distribution within customer portfolios, including appointment scheduling Key customer and internal sales reports Key sales projects, implementation and delivery where required Working with internal support teams to produce reporting/accounts data as required Ensuring all information and correspondence is accurately maintained and updated for effective retrieval, including department process auditing Ensuring supporting documents and contracts are stored appropriately and in line with process maps / SLAs Supporting sales with local marketing material (soft and hard copy)Assisting and providing administration support to the Management Team as required Providing the necessary admin deliverables aligned to SLAs Dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner via email and telephone Responsible for completing a variety of stand‑alone tasks or high‑volume transactions based on workload requirements Requirements What we're looking for: Strong oral and written communication skills A proven track record of providing customer service Competence in using Microsoft Office tools Power Point, Word & Excel Strong ability to consistently achieve targets Demonstrated achievement/delivery of activities with attention to detail Track record of achieving goals and working to tight timeframes Benefits What we can offer: Monday - Friday Days working pattern23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long service Company Pension scheme Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period)Shopping discounts with Perks at Work24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme Volunteering Day Employee support network and mental health assistance Opportunity for career progression
