Lead Service Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and fostering a positive work environment.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and guidance to service staff to ensure excellent customer interactions.
* Develop and maintain operational knowledge across various departments.
* Coach and train new employees to enhance their skills and confidence.
* Solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.


Key Qualifications:

* Prior experience as a Lead Service Manager or similar role is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of hospitality standards, particularly in Food & Beverage.
* Ability to build relationships and drive business performance.
