Key Responsibilities:
 * Client Portfolio Management:
 Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
 * Insurance Administration:
 Handle policy renewals, quote comparisons, and ensure timely issuance of policy documents.
 * Customer Support:
 Address client inquiries, assist with mid-term adjustments, and provide guidance on claims processes.
 * Underwriter Engagement:
 Gather necessary information for underwriters to facilitate the placement of risks.
 * File Management:
 Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with regulatory standards and company procedures.
 * Market Awareness:
 Stay informed about changes in personal insurance products and market trends that may affect clients.
 * Team Collaboration:
 Work closely with colleagues to provide seamless service and support when needed.
Experience / Skills Required:
 * Insurance Experience:
 Previous experience in personal lines insurance handling.
 * Qualification:
 APA/CIP or working towards.
 * Product Knowledge:
 Strong understanding of personal lines products, including Home, Motor, and Travel Insurance.
 * Organizational Skills:
 Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
 * Regulatory Knowledge:
 Familiarity with the regulatory environment governing personal insurance in Ireland.
 * IT Skills:
 Proficiency in insurance-related software; previous experience with relevant systems is a plus.
 * Customer Focus:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
