* Develop and implement quality systems that drive technical excellence across all levels of operations
* Safeguard customer satisfaction through effective root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes
* Cultivate strong working relationships with team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
* Promote positive behaviors, driving improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and non-conformances while adhering to regulatory compliance standards (e.g., BRC)
The ideal candidate will possess proficient written, numerical, verbal skills; fluency in English language; thorough understanding of BRC regulations; ability to record interpret analyze key process data & technical knowledge transfer at every level; apart from being competent in Microsoft Office tools for this opportunity.,
