Job Title : Business Analyst (Airlines & Aviation)

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology, telecoms or connectivity projects.
* Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
* Proficiency in documentation tools and project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
* Experience or knowledge of customer experience principles, customer insights, and understanding customer journeys.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in airline, travel, or connectivity projects.
* Knowledge of customer experience design and digital retailing strategies.
* Familiarity with advertising models and monetization in connectivity platforms.
* Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and consent management.
* Optional: Experience or knowledge of telecoms, satellite systems, and network engineering to support connectivity-related initiatives.
