Corporate Governance Specialist
This role offers exposure to working with senior management in global businesses, with clients increasingly relying on our service to navigate current and proposed future legislation.
* Preparation and filing of Annual Returns and taking responsibility for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory filing obligations
* Preparation and filing of ad hoc statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office (e.g. change of officer, change of address etc.)
* Incorporating companies and preparing de-shelving documents including company officer details and changes to share capital
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Management and Corporate Governance, excellent IT skills, and proficiency working on Microsoft Office applications. They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Legislative Compliance: Ensure clients meet statutory filing obligations through timely preparation and submission of Annual Returns
* Statutory Forms: Prepare and file ad hoc forms at the Companies Registration Office as required
* Corporate Incorporation: Assist in incorporating companies and prepare relevant documentation
Requirements:
* A postgraduate degree in Management and Corporate Governance
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
