Position Details;
Role: Accounts Administrator
Location: Mayfield Cork
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Role Type: Permanent Onsite
Salary: €35,000 annually
Responsibilities;
* Administering Invoice Cycles
* Accounts payable operations and support
* Account query handling
* Maintaining confidentiality regarding company information
* Providing project support and administration
* Adhering to all company IT policy and procedure guidelines..
* Working within all relevant ISO standards.
* Maintaining the Excellence Through People (ETP) standard.
* Keeping personnel systems up to date.
* Responding to all employee and manager payroll queries
* Issuing Credit notes as required.
* Invoicing clients in accordance with Company requirements.
* Filing accounts information promptly and accurately.
Requirements
* English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
* Administration Experience
* Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
* Basic IT Skills
