Senior Employment Solicitor - Galway
Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor based in Galway or considering a move to the West of Ireland?

About the Role
This Senior Associate role offers a broad range of responsibilities, including advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
You'll work on a diverse mix of cases, from advising on employment contracts and policies to handling complex issues such as redundancies, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
There will also be an opportunity to assist with corporate matters, including employment-related due diligence, and provide corporate immigration advice.
The role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and colleagues alike, while managing contentious matters like injunctions, WRC hearings, and mediations.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to client training, webinars, and ongoing professional development.
About You
Our client is looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong technical skill set and a passion for problem-solving.
You should have the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior members of the team will be an asset.
