Adams Donnelly Solicitors are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor based in its Kinsale office.
Role includes but not limited to:
All areas of residential conveyancing – acting for both purchasers and vendors.
All areas of residential leases – acting for both landlords and tenants.
Re‑mortgaging residential property.
Probate applications and will drafting.
Reporting to supervising partner.
Experience, skills and abilities required:
Client focused.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with case management systems and Excel.
Proficient at reporting on the status of cases.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
