Overview
Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the ******* school year to maintain continuity of classroom instruction in a positive learning environment through effective instruction as specified by lesson plans provided by the department supervisor or Instructional Manager while the Instructional Assistant is absent.
Responsibilities
Support classroom instruction and maintain continuity when the primary teacher is absent.
Follow lesson plans provided by the department supervisor or Instructional Manager.
Assist with classroom management, instructional activities, and student support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
State Paraprofessional License (60+ college credit hours or pass the Paraprofessional test) or Substitute Teacher License.
Experience in an educational environment is preferred.
Compensation
Category 1:
Instructional Assistant - Supervision $***** hourly and $***** Long-Term Hourly.
Category 2:
Instructional Assistant - General Instruction $***** hourly and $***** Long-Term Hourly.
Category 3:
Instructional Assistant - Advanced Support $***** hourly and $***** Long-Term Hourly.
