As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing accounts into key accounts, searching for suitable candidates who match client requirements, and headhunting on various platforms. You will also write and post job adverts, telephone interview candidates, arrange interviews, make job offers, and handle rejections.
