Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 9 months experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Henry Street, Limerick. Contract: Permanent Part-time. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11 AM to 3 PM or Saturday to Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
