This role combines deep product knowledge with strong presentation and communication skills to ensure consistent brand messaging and exceptional customer experience across all points of sale.Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for internal staff, beauty partners, and professional clients.Educate on product knowledge, ingredient benefits, skincare routines, treatment protocols, and brand philosophy.Deliver sales technique training to improve client engagement and conversion.Curriculum & Content Development:Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.Ensure all education aligns with current brand standards and skincare science updates.Field & Retail Support:Support new product launches with targeted training and follow-up sessions.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, sales results, and performance metrics.Brand Ambassador:Represent the brand at trade shows, and conferences.Perform CACI and Skeyndor treatmentsReporting & Administration:Track training attendance, feedback, and performance data.Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding training impact and market needs.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee assistance programEmployee discountSick payWellness programWork Location: In person
