The Role
We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives that enhance both customer and dealer experiences. Reporting to the Product & Innovation Manager, this role will own end-to-end digital journeys, identify new digital opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation's online and back-office platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Lead digital transformation projects from concept to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain the product roadmap for new features and enhancements.
3. Conduct business analysis and prepare business cases for senior leadership approval.
4. Collaborate across multiple departments to deliver seamless digital experiences.
5. Support automation initiatives and optimise operational processes.
6. Ensure all digital initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable customer impact.
7. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
8. Stay informed on emerging technologies and digital best practices.
Requirements
9. Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
10. 5+ years' experience in digital product ownership or digital transformation.
11. Proven track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
12. Strong understanding of digital journeys, UX, and customer experience optimisation.
13. Experience in financial services, automotive, or related industries beneficial.
14. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
15. Confident working independently in an agile environment.
