Learning and Development Specialist Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning and Development Professional to take ownership of the company's learning and development function, designing, delivering, and managing programs that drive employee growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop employee training documents and accessible online company information
* Liaise with employees, managers, and subject matter experts to tailor learning content to boost effectiveness
* Conduct training needs analysis through reviewing performance metrics, hosting face-to-face interviews, and conducting employee surveys
* Organize and conduct face-to-face and online company learning workshops
* Review training program success and propose methods to improve
* Update company training files and report on the impact of learning and development programs
Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years experience in learning and development/training
* Skilled in creating and delivering learning and development programs via online and face-to-face formats
* Proficient in conducting training needs analysis and reporting
* Experienced in utilizing Learning Management Systems and E-Learning Platforms
