Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Head Coach in the Summer Rugby Programme, located in Limerick. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and leading rugby training sessions, mentoring players, and ensuring the development of their skills. Duties include implementing training programs, fostering teamwork, supervising matches, managing schedules, and maintaining player safety and well-being throughout the program. The role also involves regular communication with program staff and supporting player goal-setting and progress tracking.

Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multiple 50 minute, engaging and informative sessions daily based on specified skills.
* Manage and mentor a squad of players, ensuring all experience Irish rugby in an informative and enjoyable manner.
* Aid the development of young players in their own positional based skills and awareness
* Identify strengths and weaknesses of groups and individuals, providing instant feedback and tailor coaching sessions accordingly.
* Work together with our team of Head Coaches, Assistants and support staff to create a professional and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications
* World Rugby Level 3 qualifications
* Proven track record of coaching at a high level.
* English language skills
