Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. Supervise and support service advisors and technicians in their daily duties. Handle customer enquiries and complaints, delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Monitor department KPIs including productivity, efficiency, and revenue targets. Oversee job scheduling, invoicing, and warranty claim processes. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and manufacturer standards. Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a supervisory role within the motor industry. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and support a busy team. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
