We are seeking an experienced Residential MEP Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in the Dublin area.
This role oversees and manages multiple fast-paced residential projects, implements modern construction techniques, and maintains a strong focus on safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project execution.
Champion the implementation of modern construction methods and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations on all projects.
Drive project success by aligning with project goals from the outset, focusing on key deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of modern construction techniques and their practical application.

Experience
