Job Description
We are an Indian bar specialising in authentic Karnataka (Bangalore-style) bar bites and small plates.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to support business growth by driving sales through corporate bookings, events, and partnerships.
This role focuses on generating revenue, managing client relationships, and promoting the restaurant's offerings to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including group bookings and events
Manage enquiries related to reservations, private events, and corporate functions
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
Promote the restaurant's food and beverage offerings to increase sales
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on enquiries
Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of bookings
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries
Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination
