Healthwave is recruiting a Pharmacy Operations Assistant to join our team at Dundrum Town Centre (Dublin 16).
This is a back-of-house role supporting our pharmacy team with online order fulfilment, stock organisation, and customer communications—helping ensure patients across Ireland receive their medicines and healthcare products quickly and accurately.
Important:
This role is based in our back-of-house online fulfilment area and is ideal for someone who prefers operational work rather than front-of-house retail.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* Shifts fall within business hours 8:00am–6:00pm
* Up to 40 hours per week
* Flexible start and finish times available, including flexibility around childcare commitments
Please ensure you can comfortably commute to our Dundrum location within these hours. We're conveniently located opposite the Balally Green Luas stop.
What you'll do (full training provided)
Working alongside our pharmacy team, you will:
* Pack and dispatch online orders to patients across Ireland
* Print and attach shipping labels and ensure orders are packaged to a high standard
* Organise stock, put away deliveries, and keep storage areas tidy
* Replenish packaging supplies and help maintain stock of fulfilment materials
* Follow up on delivery issues, trace delayed parcels, and help resolve queries
* Organise and file invoices and support general day-to-day admin tasks
* Share ideas to help improve and grow our eCommerce operations
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure customers receive orders on time
* Package orders carefully and consistently to a high standard
* Proactively monitor deliveries and resolve delays
* Liaise with the pharmacy team to support smooth daily operations
* Support inventory and packaging supplies management
Who we're looking for
No previous experience is required — training will be provided.
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Essential
* Fluent English(spoken and written)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable using basic systems/apps (training provided)
Bonus (nice to have)
* Previous eCommerce / online order fulfilment experience
* Previous pharmacy experience
