Enterprise Onboarding is seeking a highly skilled facilitator and strategic program manager to deliver exceptional in-person onboarding experiences and support enterprise learning initiatives.
This role requires someone who can confidently lead sessions and actively contribute to skilling and leadership delivery across all levels—up to and including executives.
As the Manager, Enterprise Onboarding, you will shape a world-class onboarding journey that sets every new hire—regardless of level, function, or location—on a path to long-term success.
The position blends facilitation excellence with program strategy and operational execution to influence how new hires experience our culture, understand our business, and integrate into a dynamic, high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
Facilitate live, in-person and virtual programs for audiences ranging from new hires to executive leaders.
Create inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments that foster connection, culture and impact from day one.
Read the room and adapt facilitation style based on learner needs, group dynamics and organizational tone.
Facilitate programs with complex learning objectives and cross-functional participants in corporate and enterprise settings.
Present to senior leadership with polish, presence and command to engage and influence at the executive level.
Balance structured delivery with agility—adjusting on the fly without sacrificing the learning experience.
Apply adult learning principles across multiple modalities.
Lead engaging onboarding sessions that run twice monthly in both modalities, supporting 3+ in-person programs each month.
Act as the end-to-end program leader for the Discovering Salesforce program in the EMEA region, managing strategy, stakeholder relationships and volunteer/speaker sourcing.
Serve as the primary regional partner for business leaders, HR and L&D colleagues to manage expectations and alignment.
Collaborate with global teams to localize and contextualize onboarding content for the EMEA market while maintaining global consistency.
Design, execute and evolve high-impact onboarding programs aligned with enterprise learning strategy and business needs.
Co-facilitate, coach and support sessions with leadership development teams, including executive-level programs and large corporate events.
Gather and analyze feedback, identify trends and continuously refine onboarding and learning experiences.
Define KPIs and deliver regular reporting on onboarding effectiveness, business impact and learner engagement.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in onboarding and/or learning & development facilitation, with a proven ability to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
Exceptional in-person facilitation skills and confidence presenting to audiences across all levels, including senior leadership and executives.
Comfortable working 3–4 days per week in-office with strong presence and ability to lead in live environments.
Deep passion for culture-building and employee engagement, with a focus on belonging from day one.
Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail, with agility to shift quickly between planning and execution.
Ability to operate independently, manage day-to-day program logistics and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
Experience partnering with global teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace tools preferred.
