Operational & Financial Management Lead
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day branch operations, driving team productivity and efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Achieve financial targets by effectively managing costs and optimising branch performance.
* Maintain accurate inventory records through effective stock control.
Team Leadership:
* Recruit, train, and develop staff in line with business needs.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive team environment and resolve issues promptly.
Customer & Business Development:
* Built strong relationships with customers to retain and grow accounts.
* Promote services and identify new business opportunities.
* Report weekly performance and sales figures to the Area Manager.
Quality & Compliance:
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, presentation, and customer service.
* Ensure staff follow technical guidelines and company policies.
* Enforce uniform standards and consistent work practices.
Health & Safety:
* Promote a strong safety culture.
* Ensure all staff follow H&S policies and legal requirements.
* Report safety concerns or breaches immediately.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar management role.
* Strong motor industry knowledge essential.
