Aleading Main Contractoris seeking an experiencedProject Managerto oversee the delivery of upcoming projects in Cork. These span a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, life sciences, food & beverage, and commercial. This is a long-term role offering strong career progression within a well-established company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the on-site construction team, driving performance and project delivery. Plan works and ensure alignment with the contract programme and milestones. Maintain a strong focus on health & safety culture and compliance. Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed across all stages of the project. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Manage procurement and subcontractor appointments in line with project timelines. Support commercial teams to ensure cost control and forecasting. Attend and contribute to project progress and client meetings. Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. 7+ years experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and budgets effectively. Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
