Role Overview
Join us as a Clinical Lead at Scottish Nursing Guild! You will provide accessible and responsive in-house clinical support and serve as the clinical point of contact across ROI in both the acute and community sectors. Collaborate with clinicians, build relationships with the Community team, internal departments, workers, clients, and families. Oversee the quality agenda for ROI, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance, while reinforcing accountability and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary clinical contact for ROI queries across sectors, escalating issues as needed.
* Collaborate with the Community team for communication with Irish clients and workers.
* Work with Case Managers to supervise Clinical Liaison nurses.
* Liaise with the Group Clinical Governance Team regarding legislation, guidance, and policies.

Requirements
* Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
* Experience in quality management.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
