Job Title: Senior Cost Management Specialist
This is a key role for a skilled and experienced professional to manage the cost planning, tendering, and contract administration on a range of projects.
As a Senior Cost Management Specialist, you will provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting, oversee project budgets, cash flow, and commercial performance. You will also advise on procurement, risk, and contract strategy, lead and mentor junior team members, and liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, proven project experience with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with building contracts and cost management tools (e.g., Cubit, Excel) is essential.
