Area Manager – Ireland (North & South) – High Street Retail
Salary up to £60,000 + bonus, company car, benefits and hybrid working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop store managers and teams to deliver the retail strategy.
* Ensure consistent standards across stores through structured visits, compliance, and health & safety.
* Optimise stock, ranging, visual merchandising and store operations to maximise availability and sales.
* Deliver sales and profit targets, managing costs, payroll, and store P&Ls; drive performance through KPIs, financial reviews and corrective action.
* Maintain strong customer focus, using insight and feedback to improve service and performance.
* Manage up to 20 stores and a headcount of over 100+; build high‑performing, inclusive teams and support succession planning and leadership development.

* Commercially focused with the ability to analyse data and drive results.
* Customer‑centric and adaptable to market and customer needs.
* Confident in setting objectives, managing performance and delivering outcomes.
