This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, architects, consulting engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is met. - Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence. - Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. - Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively. - Ensure all documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met. Candidate Profile: - Proven experience managing construction projects in the €400k€3M range. - Background in fitout, residential, or heritage projects is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation. - Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related trade.
