About the Role

As a Software Engineer III, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using modern .NET technologies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# and .NET (Core/6/8)
2. Build RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-scale platforms
3. Design and optimize database schemas and stored procedures using MS SQL Server
4. Apply software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
5. Integrate and deploy solutions on cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
6. Use Git-based version control systems for source management
7. Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship within the team
8. Collaborate with product owners to break down Epics into actionable User Stories
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments
Required Skills and Experience
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
11. 5-7 years of commercial software development experience
12. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and object-oriented design
13. Solid experience with MS SQL Server, query optimization, and stored procedures
14. Familiarity with API design, microservice architecture, and unit testing frameworks
15. Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
16. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills
17. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud deployments
18. Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Swagger, Bruno, or Postman
19. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
20. Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments
