We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organised Front of House, Bookings Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers. You will manage front desk operations and coordinate bookings, ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.
Reception & Front of House Duties
* Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
* Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
* Manage customer bookings.
* Provide instructions and guidelines to guests on using equipment and activities.
* Handle customer reservations and walk-ins.
* Provide information, explaining attractions, and promote special offers or events.
* Assist with group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate functions.
* Coordinate with management to ensure availability and proper appointment allocation.
* Follow up with customer inquiries and feedback.
* Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
* Support the team in keeping the facility clean, organised, and welcoming.
* This role combines front reception duties with hands-on support for our entertainment attractions.
* Provide information on services and respond to customer enquiries.
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.

* Previous experience in customer assistance essential.
* Previous experience in using Microsoft Office applications essential.
