Main duties: Responsible for the team meeting their daily KPIs and targets
You will be the first point of call for assisting the agents with queries.
First level of escalation for customer, branches or supplier escalations.
You will need to assign tasks and lunches amongst the team, in an efficient manner so the team maximizes productivity.
Ensuring agents have completed tasks in a timely manner
Missed calls is a key metric – work with the team for ensuring missed calls do not exceed 5% of incoming calls
Identify and raise any recurring issues and patterns to the Team Manager in order to solve root cause of the problems
Administration and processing of Fines
Take calls that agents cannot handle and be available when an agent requires assistance
Ensure Team Manager is aware of any agent productivity issues at all times
Report any and all absences to the Team Manager
Support Data Management team with placing Stop Sales
Support and deputize for the Team Manager when not available
Weekends availability
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
Any additional Ad hoc duties as required.
