Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day facilities-related workplace responsibilities. Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify and report any faults or issues.
* Manage all open jobs through to final completion, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
* Coordinate maintenance schedules, updating IT systems as required.
* Provide support with meeting room setup and layouts as needed.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and vendors to promote excellent customer service.
* Ensure signage and artwork align with brand standards, removing non-compliant items.
* Perform basic reception duties, including booking meetings, welcoming visitors, and providing hospitality services.
* Offer IT support, resolving technical issues where possible.
* Order stationery, consumables, and refreshments as required.
* Organize events, such as monthly drinks and office gatherings.
* Arrange courier services and handle incoming/outgoing post.
* Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, conducting regular audits.
* Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and the business, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Customer service background essential.
* Knowledge of Facilities Management processes desirable.
* Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
