The roster is structured and sustainable: a 1 in 4 Saturday rota, very light on‑call duties and protected time off to recharge.

The role is suited to a confident, experienced small animal vet who:
Is comfortable managing a routine caseload and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Is motivated to develop further, whether through a certificate, advanced imaging skills, or another clinical interest.

VCI registration is essential.
