Key Roles in a Hotel Group
The role of Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations at two properties for a hotel group.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and team.
* Weekly and monthly forecasting and budgeting.
* Financial analysis and reporting.
* Production of monthly Profit & Loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Audit and control.
* Preparation of Quarterly Reports for Bank.
* Managing working capital, cash flow, capital, and overall expenses.
* Ability to control costs and payroll in line with budgets/revenues.
* Identifying risk exposure and effectively managing financial risk to create and preserve value.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a Financial Controller (ACCA/ACA qualified) within the hotel/hospitality industry.
