Transport Admin Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth execution of transportation-related tasks.
* Resolve customer queries via phone or email in a prompt and professional manner.
* Manage your own email inbox, communicating any issues to internal departments as necessary.
* Update internal systems with delivery discrepancy details communicated by carriers/drivers.
* Perform Customer Billing using correct codes and meeting deadlines.
* Complete Customer Book In's, updating internal systems and advising transport/carriers of details.
* Arrange uplifts and ensure completion to customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all POD's are returned within SLA timelines, working closely with carriers.
* Contribute to Month End & Period End Close offs according to customer timelines.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work and reside in Ireland.
* Experience in the Transport industry or strong understanding.
* Ability to work well under pressure, plan/organize daily tasks, and work independently.
* Strong administrative skills and IT literacy across MS Suite, particularly Excel.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal/written), workload prioritization, and deadline adherence.
* Team player with flexibility and proactive initiative.
* Completer/Finisher with task follow-through.
