Key Sales and Service Position
A sales professional is required to support the sale, service, and repair of mechanical and electrical engineering products. This role offers a great opportunity to drive growth in an established industry leader across multiple client sites in Munster and Galway.
Role Objectives
This position requires a balance of strategic business development and relationship management to ensure existing customers receive high levels of service while uncovering new business opportunities.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
* Proactively seek out new clients, developing a strong pipeline of potential customers.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing technical support and tailored solutions.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to develop cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management in an industrial setting.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, procurement professionals, and technical stakeholders.
* Experience working CRM systems.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Munster manufacturing sectors required.
