Project Leader Role:
A Project Leader is required to oversee the delivery of a Commercial building project, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and adherence to budget, timelines, and safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and overall Works Requirements
* Managing and coordinating subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops, and follow-through with planned actions
* Contributing to the strategic planning team, updating progress reports, and productivity reports
* Reviewing, maintaining, and controlling site records and contemporaneous records relating to works, installation, materials, and labor
* Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, designers, subcontractors, and other external partners
* Embracing ongoing professional development and training in technical, health & safety areas to meet evolving demands
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing construction projects
* Expertise in digital and visual presentation techniques
* Superb communication skills, both oral and written
