Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service/parts walk-in inquiries and set up jobs on the dealer system.
* Create job cards and invoice work while communicating with customers to agree on work to be carried out.
* Explain the work carried out on vehicles to ensure customers fully understand the invoice.

* Full driving license and good organizational skills.
