The Noel Group is proud to partner with a leading accommodation services provider to recruit an Assistant General Manager for their busy family-only accommodation centre in Roscrea, which houses up to 175 residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and highly organised professional to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a large facility while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the accommodation centre, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with standards, and a high level of service to residents. The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The Duties:
* Support the General Manager in the daily running of the accommodation centre.
* Supervise and coordinate staff across multiple operational areas.
* Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents at all times.
* Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and reception functions.
* Manage scheduling, staff rotas, and shift coverage.
* Monitor budgets, stock control, and procurement in line with company procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding regulations.
* Assist with resident relations, handling queries and resolving concerns promptly.
* Provide leadership, training, and support to staff to maintain service standards.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel, accommodation centre, or facility management.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle operational challenges.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
