Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
The role involves working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and success. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting financial performance.
This position requires a qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience. You should have worked in a small or scaling business environment before. A commercially minded individual who can provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance is preferred.
About This Role:
1. The initial phase of this role will focus on hands-on involvement, improving reporting accuracy and strengthening controls.
2. You will also produce KPIs and management reports as required by stakeholders.
