Responsibilities:
* Manage hotel operations with precision and care
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance standards
* Coach and train new employees to ensure confidence and success
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
Requirements:
* 4 years of experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel
* A strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels
* Leadership and motivation experience
* Proven ability to develop talented employees
* Strong communication and influencing skills
