Responsibilities
Be responsible for the delivery of person centred resident care that exceeds the required HIQA standards and legislative requirements
Lead and manage a team
Monitor clinical practice through audits and action results of same
Organise and coordinate admission, nursing and resident care procedures
Qualifications
NMBI Registration(full registration, no adaptation/aptitude available)
Minimum 3 years experience in a Care of the Elderly setting
Management experience desirable
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, staff and allexternal bodies
Excellent Clinical Skills
Willingness to learn
