As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for our electrical and critical systems, driving efficiency and sustainability while collaborating with stakeholders across the campus.
You'll be a data-driven innovator, using insights from building management systems to optimize energy usage and enhance the overall campus experience.

Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends in electrical system performance.
Analyze & Optimize: Dive into large datasets from electrical systems to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization, driving data-informed decisions.

Lead & Coordinate: Proactively lead and coordinate all maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective, across the campus.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in either Electrical or Building Services or Facilities Management.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience of electrical maintenance operations in a large corporate environment.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and contractors/vendors
Familiarity with CAPEX projects
