2. Lead sustainability initiatives, driving environmental compliance with Group targets and roadmaps.
3. Represent the plant at Group meetings, sharing knowledge, benchmarking performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
4. Deliver on Group goals outlined in the Master Plan, Weekly, and Monthly Scorecards for Quality & Sustainability.
