Job Description Are you Luca specialist in Oracle Recruitment Cloud who thrives on shaping solutions, running workshops, and guiding clients through successful transformations? At Version 1, we're looking for a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to deliver cutting‑edge Oracle Cloud projects across the UK & Ireland.
This role involves not only configuration but also leading workshops, designing best‑practice solutions, coaching colleagues and clients, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead workshops and advise the client on best practices for solution adoption.
Configure the system to match business requirements and design specifications.
Demonstrate solutions in design playback sessions.
Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support system design.
Build trusted relationships with clients, managing expectations on delivery scope.
Drive training and coaching of colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
Experience running workshops across design, configuration, testing, and validation.
Strong functional application leadership and guidance on best practices.
Clear documentation skills and knowledge sharing.
