We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Detection Team in Global Response Operations.
1. Lead a team of skilled analysts in driving and executing detection strategies across high-priority problems.

4. Identify new opportunities for projects and focus areas within GRO and the Detection Team.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of skilled analysts in driving and executing detection strategies across high-priority problems.
* Foster lasting relationships with Global Risk Operations, Product, Policy, Legal, and other teams.
* Contribute to strategic planning to ensure agility and stability in the team.
* Identify new opportunities for projects and focus areas within GRO and the Detection Team.
* Develop an ongoing understanding of the company-wide detection ecosystem to partner with stakeholders.
* Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in operations, intelligence, Trust & Safety, project management, or related functions.
2. 5+ years of people management experience.
3. Experience prioritizing initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and working under urgency.
4. Executive presence, effective communication skills, critical thinking/analytical leadership experience, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
