We are looking for a candidate to manage and develop our largest and strategic customers in the Americas region.The Role:The Senior Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of Supply Chain best practices at client sites, ensuring the successful delivery of continuous improvement and operational excellence programs. This role requires deep understanding in lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and end-to-end supply chain processes. The Senior Consultant will guide clients through assessments, roadmap development, and implementation, while coaching both client teams for Implementation. This role coaches the client to build sustainable internal capability and the delivery of transformational results. This role requires the individual to perform 80% billable work to clients.Responsibilities:Lead comprehensive assessments of Best Practices and supply chain maturityConduct diagnostics, risk analysis, gap identification, and value stream evaluations to inform implementation plansTranslate findings into roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and clear improvement actionsAble to implement core SC modular solutions (Accelerate, Rapid Deployment, Loss & Waste, Supply Chain Foundations, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management)Develop, in collaboration with client stakeholders, the key deliverables and key performance measures that will serve to gauge the effectiveness of implementation and fulfillment of customer objectivesGathering and tracking information of key account metrics, and report on client performance to the PrincipalConduct effective risk analysis of project implementation and objectives, and propose relevant countermeasuresCoach and mentor client teams in developing action plans based on maturity assessments and coach them through execution to achieve measurable improvements, assessing customer needs on an ongoing basis and adapting action plans as requiredLeading project teams and client personnel in the implementation of improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean tools, etc.) to deliver quick wins for clientsEnsure effective deployment methodology—hands-on, structured, and aligned with client objectivesLeading the implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) (Tier structures with routine meetings, visual boards, problem solving)Delivering Best Practice related training at operator, middle and senior management levels, with the purpose of building the internal capability of the client to support the implementationChange Management DeliveryDevelop Client Relationships Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsorsBe aware of both client and CCi objectives and raise any potential risks to clients or escalate client issues to leadership in CCi - Global Supply Chain Director and/or Managing PrincipalProvide insights in client implementation and growth. Use of technical skills and knowledge of TRACC (mid/high level) to diagnose customer's needs and upsell/prescribe consulting solutions, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelThis is a remote position with extensive travel.
