Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a construction section, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.
* Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily activities on-site.
* Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and pharmaceutical/regulated environment standards.
* Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and support validation processes.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Site Management to plan, sequence, and resolve technical issues.
* Monitor Health & Safety compliance across the section.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction management or section supervision
* Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex works on-site.
* Degree or equivalent in Civil/Construction/Engineering preferred.
