Job Title: Playgroup Leader

Salary: 34,881.60 per year
Hours: 40hrs/wk
Responsibilities:
The supervision and care of all children and coordination of staff in their assigned room/rooms. The person responsible will prepare, organise and evaluate all plans for their room with the support of Management and in line with the service’s policies and ethos. They will oversee the daily running of their room with the support of the staff team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the field.
Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes challenging environment.
Caring and empathetic nature.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
